Our history : 27 years and counting
CV Delima Mandiri was founded in 1996 at city of Bogor, Indonesia. It started with producing busses for domestic transportation. More than 20 years later, our company has grown with one of the largest product portfolio you can ever find in the country. We built a wide range of vehicles, and most are customised for our customer.

Assembly : Cutting and Bending Machines
Function for cutting and bending plate (metal) using a cutting and bending machine.
At Delima Mandiri, a facility has to be both efficient and effective. Quality cannot be achieved without suitable machinery and good working condition. We always look for any ways to continuously improve the quality of our products, and the facility shows our commitment.
Overhead Crane for Chassis Mounting
Function for assembling body panel frames and docking body assy to the chassis using a hoist (crane)
Hinges and Components Production with Powder Coating
Hinges and components are manufactured with an anti-scratch powder coating paint finish
Painting : Spray-booth and Oven
Spray booth serves to dry the paint and make the results more perfect
Fiberglass Production
Serves to manufacture components and custom products with fiberglass material
Trimming Production
Serves for the manufacture of back leading, and interior trimming
Interior Production
Serves for the manufacture and modification of vehicle interiors
Water Leakage Test
Serves for leak testing on vehicles with high pressure water
Lathe and Milling Machine Facilities
Serves to manufacture component fabrication and component modification with lathes and milling machines
CNC Machine
The function of the CNC machine is to cut plate, acrylic, PVC, sheet wood, with a machine that is programmed as needed with a size tolerance below 2mm
Plate and Frame Processing Facility
Serves to process the manufacture of frames and components made of plate and steel construction (structural steel)
